We have our own fishing boat so our langoustines, lobster and squat lobster are landed daily at 4pm. Local boats land us other treasures including monkfish, dover sole, cod, halibut, john dory, haddock, plaice, scallops and squid. We use local oysters and crabs, mussels, smoked salmon and smoked mackerel. Isle of Mull Ice Cream is made using local dairy produce from Sgriob-ruadh Farm, the only dairy farm on the island, and producers of Isle of Mull Cheese. Isle of Mull Ice Cream contains only the finest ingredients. Carefully selected quality produce is sourced locally, wherever possible, to help create unique, seasonal flavours and strengthen the authenticity of the ice cream.

In addition to handmade ice cream, low fat frozen yoghurts and sorbets are made in a variety of exciting flavours.

The Glass Barn is our farm shop and cafe.
